Gust recently revealed three new characters for Atelier Sophie: Alchemist of the Mysterious Book, and 4Gamer’s latest update on the game shows us a first look at Julio and Fritz, along with another look at Leon.
Julio Sebald Leidenschaft (CV: Genki Okawa):
Age: 19
Julio is a young knight that arrived from the neighboring country of Adarettt. He has an eloquent and soft demeanor. He’s an honest guy, and practically has a picture-perfect personality. He’s been doing his best to learn more about alchemy for certain reasons.
Julio uses a great sword as his weapon is choice, but he isn’t the best at using items. He’s a knight and works hard to serve the people. Sophie wants to become better at alchemy in order to make people happy, and she’s greatly influenced by Julio.
Fritz Weissberg (CV: Kenyu Horiuchi):
Age: 51
Fritz is a former mercenary, who now goes around various lands to perform his puppet shows. He’s a talented swordsman with a calm and easy-going personality; however, they say he becomes a completely different person when it comes to puppets.
He dual-wields swords in combat, and similar to Julio, he’s not great at using items. He takes an interest when he sees Plachta, and is shown to have an interest clothing for puppets. He might look scary for those who don’t know him, but he’s actually just a serious guy.
Leon (CV: Mayumi Iizuka):
Age: 24
Leon is a young tailor that wanders into Kilhen Bell, and goes by the title of an “adventuring tailor.” She’s an excellent tailor, and has nothing but absolute confidence in her work.
She may seem like a bit of a cold-hearted person, but she’s just not good at expressing herself. Leon uses a spear as her weapon of choice, and uses stun-type items.
Atelier Sophie: Alchemist of the Mysterious Book will release in Japan on September 25, 2015 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
