The Tea Ceremony quest, or Drive the Point Home, happens towards the beginning of the game. This is a required quest you must complete for Naoe in the main story before you can even unlock Yasuke as the permanent secondary protagonist and playable character. It is one of the first assassination targets you go after for The Shinbakufu.
