Dynasty Warriors Origins Most Downloaded PS5 Game in Japan

Sony Interactive Entertainment shared the January 2025 download rankings on the Japanese PlayStation.Blog. It revealed that Dynasty Warriors Origins was the most downloaded PS5 game in Japan during January 2025, the month it released.

The page also lists the rankings featuring combined results from the US and Canada, but Dynasty Warriors Origins only managed 11th place in the North American PS5 rankings. It also included rankings for other PlayStation platforms. In Japan throughout January 2025, Monster Hunter World won the PS4 rankings, while Wuthering Waves became the most downloaded free-to-play game. Beat Saber is the only title on the page to win in both Japan and North America on the PlayStation VR2.
