Kadokawa announced that it published Elden Ring: Become Lord II in Japan. The second volume of the full-color, visual comic series is available for purchase at 3,300 yen (~$21.45) on sites like Book Walker and Amazon Japan.
The new volume also appears to complete the storyline of the Become Lord comic series. Kadokawa had previously released the first volume in June 2024.
Become Lord is not the only Elden Ring-themed book Kadokawa has published. The company has also been gradually publishing tankobon volumes of the comedy manga Elden Ring: The Road to the Erdtree that launched in 2022. The latest volume for the latter series as of this announcement is Volume 7, which came out in December 2024. Other than manga, Kadokawa also published See You At That Grace After Work, a novel featuring real-world office workers who are also avid fans of the Elden Ring game, in March 2024.
The full-color visual comic is based on the blockbuster game that has been available on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC since 2022. Bandai Namco and FromSoftware revealed a new multiplayer co-op spin-off titled Elden Ring: Nightreign at The Game Awards 2024, with its Network Test planned to take place in February 2025.
