Gardevoir Lovers Can Buy a Life-Sized Doll From the Pokemon Center

Some corners of the Internet are about to become very happy, as the Pokemon Center announced a life-sized Gardevoir doll. It’ll come out on February 6, 2025 and it’ll cost 49,500 JPY ($319.20). [Thanks, Poke_Times!]

The life-sized Gardevoir doll stands at 160 centimeters tall, and weighs 5000 grams. According to the site, it can’t actually stand on its own, as Gardevoir has tiny little stick legs. You’ll need to prop it against a wall or seat it on something. The Pokemon Center also does not allow you to buy the Gardevoir plush with anything else. You’ll need to make other purchases in another transaction.

A user in the reply pointed out that the Gardevoir plush on the Pokemon Center has a different return policy and toy age recommendation compared to other life-sized toys on the site. The Gardevoir is the only one for people fifteen years and older. As well, while you can return other products within two weeks, the Gardevoir’s return policy states you can only exchange or return it if there’s a problem with the product itself. This could have to do with the size of the doll, though, rather than any nefarious reasons.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the latest mainline entries of the franchise, are available on the Nintendo Switch. The life-sized Gardevoir doll will come out on February 6, 2025 in Japan.
