This is one of the boss characters in Guilty Dragon and it looks like he could have been from the .hack universe. CyberConnect2 says there is a connection between Guilty Dragon and .hack, but haven’t revealed what the relationship between the two games is yet.

Guilty Dragon will be available this fall for iOS and Android. The game will be a free download with additional items players can purchase in-game.
