This is imperative if you want to marry him and avoid your rival from beating you to the punchline. Here are all of the heart events for Sebastian:

  • 2 Hearts Event: Go to Sebastian’s room while he is home
  • 4 Hearts Event: Visit the Mountain anytime 11a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • 6 Hearts: Go to Sebastian’s room while he’s home
  • 8 Hearts: Visit the beach while it is raining between 12 p.m.-11 p.m.
  • 10 Hearts: Visit the Mountain anytime 8 p.m.-12 a.m.

Once you are at 10 hearts, give Sebastian the Mermaid’s Pendant you can get from the Old Mariner when it is a rainy day at the beach. This will let you get married three in-game days later.
