One of the fundamental parts of any farming sim like Sugardew Island is to grow crops and then sell them for money. Oddly enough, though, Sugardew Island has some intriguing changes to where you go to sell crops and items that might be a little confusing for players at first.
Where to Sell Crops in Sugardew Island
It might seem a little confusing and unnecessary to wonder how and where to sell crops in a farming game like this one. However, this particular title opts for a unique approach to how to make money through selling crops you grow. In most games like this, you have a box or crate to put the vegetables you grow. Someone will pick it up at the end of the day and you’ll get your money after that.
However, it is a bit different here. You can only get money from selling your goods through your very own store. The store is a massive part of the overall experience. It is the only way to sell the goods you make and grow directly to customers. This does mean, though, that you are able to instantly get your money and not have to wait for it.
How to Open Up Your Store
You will want to open up your store daily in Sugardew Island. How you do this is by going to the store itself, which is found on the eastern side of your residence. You will just want to stock up the counters with the goods you want to sell that day. Then you want to go to the store counter and interact with it to man the counter.
Once you man the counter, customers will start coming in and buying goods until you are completely out of stock. Note that you can only open your store once per day, though. So, make sure to stock all your items before you open up for the day or else you will have to wait until the next day to sell them.
Sugardew Island is available right now for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
