Infinity Nikki Sailing Through Lens Event Quest Guide

The New Bloom Festival brings many limited-time events to Infinity Nikki. One of these quests, “The Sailing Through Lens”, requires you to take photos of objects and report back to Ginona. We will explain how to start the quest and what snapshots you need to take before the quest runs out.

How Do I Start The Sailing Through Lens Quest in Infinity Nikki?

It might not be obvious how to start the quest as it will not initially appear on the map. To begin the event, open the shortcut wheel by pressing L1 and head to the events page. From here, you will want to go to the “New Bloom Festival” and click on the “New Bloom Chronicles” option at the bottom of the screen. You should now see three quests available, one of which is the Sailing Through Lens quest.

The event will not begin if you have any active side quests that involve Ginona. If this happens, ensure you have completed the caged bird, as this is the most likely quest that will stop you from starting the event.

Once the quest appears on the map, you can find Ginona near the boat that is docked by the seaside in Florawish. The quickest way to get there is to teleport outside the Mayor’s Residence and travel southwest. We have provided a screenshot of the location above for reference.

When you talk to Ginona, she will inform you that the Culture Collections column deadline is tomorrow, and she has no spare time to take interior shots. Nikki and Momo then generously offer to help take some snapshots for the column.

What Photos Should I Take For The Sailing Through Lens Quest in Infinity Nikki?

For the first part of the quest, you will have to embrace your inner photographer and take photos of plants, tea sets and light fixtures inside the White Jade cabin. To get there, go on the ship near Ginona, turn to the right, and enter the cabin.

There is a simple way to get all three objects in one photo. Head to the room’s third table, enter photo mode and tilt the view upward, where you can fit all three items in the frame. You should see the objects highlighted by its name when you take the photo. If this does not appear, reset the camera to its default setting by pressing L3. After following these steps, head back to Ginona and show her the snapshot you’ve taken.

When showing the photos to Ginona, a musician on the White Jade will interrupt the conversation and ask if you could take some pictures of Florawish. When asked which landmark is the best, pick “The Florawish Stylist Guild”, as this will be the simplest photo to take. Teleport outside the entrance and take a long-distance photo of The Florawish Stylist Guild building. Like previously, make sure the building name is highlighted when taking the snapshot. Report back to Ginona and show off the photo you’ve taken. You will now have completed the Sailing Through Lens quest in Infinity Nikki.
