March 2025 Nintendo Direct Will Focus on Switch Games

Nintendo announced that it will hold a Direct before the one for the Switch 2 in April 2025, as it will go over original Switch games for the current console on March 27, 2025. It will air at 7am PT/10am ET/3pm CET/11pm JST. 

Nintendo offered some insights into this showcase. It will only cover Switch games. It will be 30 minutes long, spending that time looking at upcoming titles for the system. There will also be no new information on the upcoming console. This will be a worldwide showcase too, with all regions getting it, though it is possible the Japanese one will feature games unique to that region.

As a reminder, the Switch 2 Nintendo Direct will be held on April 2, 2025. That will only focus on that new console and games for that system. So it limits the scope of things we’ll see this week.
