The new product will continue the collaboration between Capcom and Takara Tomy’s franchises that launched in 2024. However, while the first wave featured plastic model kits that the owner must assemble first, this product will appear under the Synergenex series, which usually consists of pre-built action figures.

This toy will feature a Gatling Fox donned with an armor design that resembles Mizutsune, one of the flagship monsters of Monster Hunter Generations, which is originally known in the Japanese version as Tamamitsune.

This is not the first time Takara Tomy has featured the Gatling Fox in a crossover product, though. In 2023, the company revealed a special Gatling Fox model kit designed after the Hololive Vtuber, Shirakami Fubuki. This kit was exclusively available for pre-orders at the Great Zoids 40th Anniversary Exhibition in the Tokyo Dome City in October 2023.

Takara Tomy will open pre-orders for the new Monster HunterZoids crossover toy featuring a fusion of Mizutsune and Gatling Fox on March 6, 2025.
