The music was composed by Keiichi Okabe, Shotaro Seo and Kuniyuki Takahashi, who’d composed music for the previous chapters. Okabe has been the lead composer for multiple games in the series, including the original NieR, NieR Automata and Drakengard 3.

The soundtrack will release in Japan on April 30, 2025, for ¥3,080, and pre-orders are open on the Japanese Square Enix store. It will also release through the North American and European stores, although store pages for these territories have yet to go live. A price wasn’t mentioned for those regions yet.
