NieR: Automata Music Special Live Stream and Piano Journeys Announced 

Square Enix announced a NieR: Automata music livestream in the form of the NieR: Automata Music Special Live Stream and a Piano Journeys concert. For a limited time viewers will be able to tune into these streams to listen to music from NieR: Automata. Square Enix has no plans to archive or distribute the streams. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

The NieR: Automata Music Special Live Stream livestream will begin on February 21 and will remain active until February 25, 2025. The dates are unsurprisingly close to when NieR: Automata originally released on February 23, 2017.

Additionally, a series of NieR: Automata concerts will take place in Europe throughout 2025. This comes in the form of the Piano Journeys concerts. The schedule includes the following:

  • Paris, France – April 19, 2025
  • Dusseldorf, Germany – April 25, 2025
  • Prague, Czech Republic – April 26, 2025
  • Lyon, France – May 9, 2025
  • Berlin, Germany – May 17, 2025
  • Roma, Italy – June 7, 2025
  • Birmingham, United Kingdom – June 8, 2025
  • Lisboa, Portugal – June 13, 2025
  • London, United Kingdom – July 3, 2025

Pre-sales for tickets will begin on February 19, 2025. Composer Keiichii Okabe will also be present during the Piano Journeys tour, with Benyamin Nuss appearing on stage.

NieR: Automata is available worldwide on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. As of December 2024, the title has sold 9 million copies worldwide.
