Nioh Complete Edition’s PC launch will mark the game’s first appearance on a non-PlayStation platform. However, with the PC version comes concerns about Denuvo using antipiracy. Fortunately, an interview WCCFTech conducted with Fumihiko Yasuda, the game’s director, has confirmed Denuvo will not be used.
In addition to the confirmation of no Denuvo, Yasuda talked about the Nioh Complete Edition’s graphical options. Like the PlayStation 4 version, the PC release will have Action and Movie preset options that either ensures the game runs at 60FPS or displays at a 4K resolution. Graphical enhancements were not confirmed, but Yasuda did say people will be able to alter the frame rates and resolution rendering quality independently. It is based at 16:9 output and doesn’t support ultrawide resolutions.
Nioh is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and will come to the PC on November 7, 2017.
