The Pokemon Company will upload one episode per day starting on February 21, 2025. These will appear in the official Pokemon Concierge playlist, which you can find here. Since all the videos for Pokemon Concierge are available even for those outside of Japan, the full episodes likely won’t be region-locked.

This is just one of many celebratory campaigns for Pokemon Day, which will take place on February 27, 2025. The Pokemon Company also announced a Pokemon Presents stream will air on that date.

Pokemon Concierge is a stop-motion ONA (original net animation) that came out in 2023 as a Netflix exclusive. This means that the limited YouTube run will be the only chance for those without a Netflix subscription or access to the service to legally watch the show. Pokemon Concierge focuses on a woman named Haru, who becomes a concierge at the Pokemon Resort after she visits it. During her time at the resort, she befriends the employees and Pokemon there, as well as help them with their problems. You can read or review of it here.

Pokemon Concierge will appear on YouTube for a limited time.
