CyberConnect 2 CEO is releasing a book to tell a touching story that started with a phone call from a soon-to-be blind fan who wished to play .hack//G.U. Vol. 3//Redemption before a life-changing surgery.
The official .hack series' Twitter account recently hit 10,000 followers since launching back in June, and they're celebrating the occasion with a special illustration to thank the fans.
CyberConnect2 is celebrating the .hack series’ 15th anniversary with commemorative goods featuring Kite, BlackRose, Haseo, Atoli, Tokio, and Saika with new illustrations by Higashi.
On top of making Naruto and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fighting games, CyberConnect2 has pet projects like Little Tail Story. Their iOS and Android game is getting a little crossover with The World.
“CyberConnect2 have already begun the planning for the latest installment of the .hack series, and it’s only a matter of time until we can make it a reality,” said CyberConect2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama.
Here's a little hope for .hack fans. Namco Bandai filed a new trademark for .hack in Europe. Perhaps, we'll see the .hack games as PS2 Classics or a digital release of .hack//Versus?
