Japan's instant game library includes two TurboGrafx-16 titles this month. If you have PlayStation Plus tied to a Japanese PSN account you'll get New Adventure Island and Gradius.
Jet Set Radio has a bunch of licensed music so putting together a complete soundtrack probably wasn't an option, but hey at least you can get all of the Sega made tracks in one download.
