Konami are going to be live-streaming a presentation for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain from Gamescom starting at 11 am PST, and you can watch the stream below. As an aside, during the event, MGS is expected to be announced for Steam release, judging by this URL on Konami UK’s website.
