It’s been a while since our last “This Week In Imports” corner, but we’re bringing it back to provide you guys with latest on Japanese video game releases.
There are several new releases this week, starting with Dynasty Warriors 9, the series’ first open-world entry that brings back many of our favorite officers and a vast world to explore. There’s even a hideaway house where you’ll get to hang out with other characters.
There are two returning classics appearing on PS4 for the first time. The first Dragon’s Crown Pro, a remastered version of the PS3 and PS Vita beat ‘em up with 4K resolutions, newly orchestrated music, and Cross-Play support with the previous versions. Shadow of the Colossus on PS4 is a high-definition remake by Bluepoint, who remade all the game’s assets from the ground up while retaining the same gameplay along with a new control scheme.
Last but not least, we also have Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet for PlayStation 4, the action RPG set in Sword Art Online’s VRMMORPG Gun Gale Online, where you’ll get to make your very own protagonist to make friends with familiar characters and fight by their side in an original story. Fans of the series can also get to play as Kirito to see a different perspective, or engage in Pillow Talk events with different characters.
