Last week in Japan, it was a bit of a quiet week without many new releases other than Naruto Shippuden 4: Ultimate Ninja Storm Road to Boruto, which is actually an expansion DLC but released as a retail bundle with the full game and DLC. Here’s the latest from Japanese sales tracker, Media Create, with a look at software and hardware sales from the week of January 30 through February 5, 2017.

The first new title of the week is Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Road to Boruto, which debuted at #6 with 9,204 units sold on PS4. That might look like a pretty low figure for any Naruto game, but let’s not forget that it’s an expansion that released in a pack with the full game, and those with the original game have the option to purchase Road to Boruto as a separate and cheaper DLC, so we won’t be doing any comparisons here.

The only other title that released in Japan during this past week was BoxBoy! Stuffed Box, which debuted at #8 with 7,582 units sold. Resident Evil 7 still leads the charts with 52,665 copies sold for a total of 239,971 thus far, but it’s still a considerable drop on average compared to previous main-numbered titles from the series. In other news, Pokémon Sun & Moon continue performing well with 19,831 copies sold to take #2, and water is still wet. As far as hardware sales go, it we didn’t see anything out of the ordinary as well
