Last week saw the release of a number of prominent Western games in Japan, including Sunset Overdrive, Metro Redux and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. None of them fared very well, unfortunately, and you can see how they performed individually in the top-20 chart below.
Meanwhile, the Japanese releases for the week fared no better. Last week was rather slow in general, with D3 Publisher putting out OneChanbara Z: Chaos, and a couple of other publishers releasing games that all debuted below 8,000 copies sold.
