What to Do With Extra Love Bugs in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is once again hosting the annual Valentine’s Day-themed Hugs & Hearts Event. As part of this limited time event, there are various items and rewards for players to collect. These items include the Love Bugs, which you may have a whole lot of extras leftover right now in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

When Does the Love Bugs Event End?

The Love Bugs are part of the Hugs & Hearts limited-time event in this cozy game. This effectively means your Love Bugs will go to waste, at least until next year, once the event is over. If you want to take advantage of the extra bugs you currently have, you are going to want to use them up before the event ends.

The event comes to an end on February 21, 2025. This is on all of the available platforms for the event, too. While the event may return next year around Valentine’s Day once again, that will be a full year that any of your extra Love Bugs are unusable. As such, I highly suggest using them all up now.

How to Use Extra Love Bugs in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

As for what to do with the extra Love Bugs you get in the Hello Kitty Island Adventure Hugs & Hearts Event, it is actually quite simple. You can use Love Bugs to exchange for items in the event shop, including special event decorations and more.

Here are all of the items you can get by trading in your Love Bugs while this event is still active:

  • Heart Arch
  • Heart Table
  • Heart Dining Chair
  • Heart Divider
  • Heart Ottoman
  • Heartwing Tree
  • Heart Wreath Display
  • Loveseat
  • Rose Petals

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available right now for iOS (via Apple Arcade), Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Hugs & Hearts event ends on February 21, 2025.
