Where to Get Snowcicles in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Material hunting in Hello Kitty Island Adventure tends to be an ever-expanding endeavor. Your grocery list of items and areas you find them in seems to grow the more you play. In turn, this allows you to craft new items, complete new quests, and unlock even more places to find new materials in! Not all of those materials are easy to find. Some don’t populate the island very much. Snowcicles are one such item. If you’re wondering where to get Snowcicles in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, this guide has you covered.

Where to Get Snowcicles in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Unfortunately for all of us, Snowcicles are one of the rarest materials in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Not only do they only spawn in one location, the location itself is a bit of a pain to traverse. You can only find Snowcicles in Icy Peak, an area of the island only accessible after obtaining three Stamina Apples, and finishing several quests. Here’s a quick list of every quest you need to complete to unlock Icy Peak:

  • “Bring Back the Swing”
  • “Comic Relief”
  • “Enraging Ruins”
  • “Fire Up the Volcano”
  • “Open the Nature Preserve”
  • “Power Up the Gate”
  • “Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp”
  • “Reef Revival”
  • “Revive the Oasis”

In case you couldn’t tell, all of these quests have to do with restoring the island’s various functions and areas. Doing so will unlock “A Challenging Rescue.” This quest will open the entrance to Icy Peak, and allow you to venture inside! It’s highly recommend you finish “A Challenging Rescue” before collecting your Snowcicles, as doing so will allow you to open the fast travel point at the summit. Descending Icy Peak is much easier than climbing against the winds.

A total of seven(!) Snowcicles spawn every day atop the Icy Peak. Fortunately, none spawn inside the area’s caves. Even better, there are only nine possible places they can appear! Snowcicle spawn points can be identified by a set of blue-green leaves sprouting out of the ground. Conveniently, the Icy Peak Summit has three of these spots surrounding the icy center. Six more Snowcicle spawn points are placed across the various platforms making up Icy Peak’s cliffs. Each individual cliffside on the map houses one Snowcicle, with the one exception being the final platform you need to climb from to reach the summit.

How to Quickly Navigate Icy Peak

This is why having access to the Icy Peak fast travel point is important. From the top of the area, you can safely jump down to each of these platforms and check for Snowcicles. After checking the spot, simply fast travel back to the top and repeat the process for another platform! The whole process should only take you a couple of minutes. Sadly, this is the only way to get Snowcicles in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Unless a new update increases Snowcicle spawns, or gives us a new area where they show up, you’re stuck with the seven-per-day limit.

Ultimately, Snowcicles aren’t used for a great many things in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Early-on, you’ll mostly need them to create new recipes for the Dessert Machine. It’s recommended you save up at least 20 Snowcicles for an important quest later on. Otherwise, feel free to turn your Snowcicles into wonderful treats for your friends! Always remember that you can use an Island Bouquet to refresh all the material spawn points on the island. If you don’t have any Island Bouquets, you’re stuck waiting for the daily reset to happen.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available now on iOS, Apple Arcade, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
