You Can Trade Pokemon Via Your Smartphone With Pokemon Home

Today at the Pokemon Press Conference 2019, Game Freak and The Pokemon Company announced Pokemon Home, a service that is expected to launch early 2020.

Billed as “a place for all Pokemon to gather”, Pokemon Home essentially takes the functionality of Pokemon Bank, and expands it beyond the Nintendo 3DS systems. Apart from the 3DS games, Pokemon Home is set to integrate with the Nintendo Switch games, as well as Pokemon Go. With your Pokemon integrated onto Pokemon Home, you’ll be able to do things like trading with other Pokemon Home users even across devices like your smartphone.

More info on Pokemon Home will be released in the future. Pokemon Home is coming early 2020.
